To make our entryway feel all Christmassy but still stylish, I’ve placed two small artificial cedar trees in ceramic pots and three rustic gold bells on our bench where guests first step in. This creates a warm and friendly holiday vibe right from the start.
These little potted cedar trees look very realistic and give a natural feel, like a winter forest indoors. I was careful to select trees that look very lifelike without extra decorations, glitter, or lights. I love the simplicity of these trees.
I found these great rustic gray/brown ceramic pots at Hobby Lobby as well, and they are the perfect size to simply place the trees right inside. Sadly, they aren’t sold online so I can’t link them for you!
The rustic gold bells add a bit of shine and a traditional touch, making it feel like Christmas. This idea was pulled straight from my mood board, and I will thrilled to find these in Hobby Lobby at such a great price!

In my shopping quest for a modern and chic table decor arrangement this holiday season, I decided to go beyond the conventional centerpiece. This unconventional arrangement brings a modern sensibility to the table, making it a conversation starter and a visual delight for my holiday gatherings.
I started by gathering these stunning large white and gold geometric ornaments from Hobby Lobby and artfully placed them inside a decorative bowl. Six ornaments fit perfectly. Their intricate pattern and elegant colors immediately set the tone for a chic and minimalist aesthetic. I already owned this black decorative bowl from Pottery Barn and it’s been a great investment because I use it every season.
To complement this, I added two olive green taper candles held by sleek black candle holders in two varying heights to the side of the bowl. I already owned these black candle holders from Crate & Barrel and I love to use them in the fall and winter season.
Completing these items, I placed a decorative gold Santa figurine, also from Hobby Lobby, adding a touch of whimsy and charm.
This pairing of elements created a captivating grouping of items rather than a single focal piece in the middle of the table, giving a fresh and contemporary twist to my holiday decor. Plus, it didn’t break the budget!
